Creating and Editing a User in Traxmate

A Traxmate user with limited permissions has access to view all essential tracking information without making changes. They can monitor device locations, review tracks, and see the devices being tracked, but they cannot modify device settings, assign icons, or alter any configurations.

How to creata a User

1. Navigate to https://online.traxmate.io/

2. Click “Users”

3. Click the orange button

4. Click “Create user”

5. Fill out the form

6. Click “Save”

How to Edit a User

1. Press the edit button

2. Change the information as needed

3. Perform user changes

4. Click “Save”

5. Click “Done”
